T&T picked up their first medal at the 2025 Pan American Regional powerlifting championship in the Cayman Islands.
Anthony Bernard got T&T off the mark winning overall silver in the men's 59kg.
And more medals could be had tonight, as Pooja Persad, Lois Sprang, Jerneil Nivet and Charissa Grant are currently in action.
