26 Foreign Leaders to Attend China Military Parade

China says 26 world leaders will be attending a massive military parade in Beijing on September 3 to commemorate Japan's 1945 surrender and withdrawal from China at the end of World War II. Among the attendees will be Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un.
