This is a Native American Indian themed folk song, about the plight of a man who was both red and white and the difficulties he faced. This is one of a number of songs I wrote on this theme after reading a book a long time ago called Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee and got the inspiration. I intend to write about 6-7 more to make up around 14 songs and maybe release an album. I will share more of the songs shortly, if the views on this one make it worthwhile.
