The International Criminal Court indefinitely postpones the pre-trial hearing of former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte, initially scheduled for September 23. Duterte’s lawyer Nicholas Kaufman asked the court to stop the proceedings claiming Duterte is ‘not fit to stand trial.'
