The Prime Minister Sir Kier Starmer has announced that by the end of the decade, everyone in the UK will need to have an ID card on their phone. Some people say it’s government overreach, but others say we’ve already got all our information out there, so it wont make much difference. We’re in Cardiff asking people for their thoughts.
