Here's what could've been the official promo for Oggy and the Cockroaches airing on Cartoon Network United States in 2003.
I know, I'm just as put off with the use of Fish Audio as much as you are. I just wanted to try my hardest to make an official authentic classic fanmade Cartoon Network promo.
Fox Kids hasn't been handling Oggy well either, and that's why I believe Oggy and the Cockroaches would've fared way better on Cartoon Network instead of Fox Kids or Nickelodeon.
