PM Modi ने बताया कि उस समय केंद्र में Congress-RJD गठबंधन था, जिसने Nitish Kumar की राह में कई बाधाएँ डाली और जनता को परेशान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि RJD जनता से बदला लेने और कांग्रेस को धमकाने में पीछे नहीं रहती थी, ताकि NDA और Nitish Kumar के कामों में अड़चन आए।
