Watch as this adorable little girl finds herself torn between wanting more chocolate and being healthy.
Annabel Nicholls, a Psychotherapist from Kendal, UK and mother of this four-year-old, was recording herself baking with her daughter when she caught this cute little moment.
Her daughter, eyeing the dish, says with a little pout: “My body says it wants more chocolate, and I am trying to not have more chocolate.”
Annabel said: “This is literally what I have to tell myself every night after my kids go to bed.
“She has taken ‘listen to your body’s needs’ to a new level and I am here for it.”
