Watch this adorable video of three baby chimps playing with their caretaker while she tries to care for them.
This video was shot by the Communications Manager of Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Sierra Leone, South Africa.
Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary is a diverse conservation organisation caring for 123 rescued chimpanzees.
According to the Tacugama team caring for these little chimps, their life as a caretaker for rescued chimpanzees is hard work and full of love.
They said: “At Tacugama, we care for 123 rescued chimpanzees, and of these, more than 40 are babies and toddlers at the moment.
“Almost all of them arrive as young orphans, their mothers and families killed by poachers.
“We are more than a sanctuary; through education, outreach, and research, we do everything we can to protect wild chimpanzees in Sierra Leone.”
