ADB gets failing marks on climate, human rights, transparency
An NGO Forum gives the Asian Development Bank (ADB) a failing grade in its 2025 Energy Policy Review and recently released R-Paper, particularly on issues of climate, human rights, and transparency, as the world marks the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement in Quezon City on Nov. 20, 2025.
