Philippines beats Thailand in men's baseball for gold medal
Unfazed by Thailand's boisterous home crowd, the Philippines defeats the host in a tightly-contested final, 5-3, at the Queen Sirikit Sports Center on Dec. 12, 2025 to defend its men's baseball title and seize the gold medal at the 33rd Southeast Asian Games. The Filipinos repeated over the Thais for a 7-0 sweep of the tourney and fourth overall championship in the meet.
