Arrest warrants out for Sarah Discaya, 9 others for ghost flood project in Davao Occidental
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announces that the court has issued warrants of arrest against contractor Cezarah 'Sarah' Discaya and nine other individuals linked to the P96.5 million ghost flood control project in Davao Occidental. In a video message, Marcos said the accused were facing graft and malversation charges, stressing that the cases are non-bailable. Marcos also announced that eight more officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways have expressed their willingness to surrender.
