The northeast monsoon or “amihan” is currently affecting the entire Luzon area, bringing rains and cooler temperatures, while the easterlies are influencing weather conditions over the Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday, Dec. 26.
