Pilot dies in a crash of a plane in Copacabana, Brazil
A single-engine plane crashed into the sea in Copacabana, Brazil, killing the pilot, the only occupant of the aircraft, according to the Fire Department. The plane was carrying out an advertising banner when it crashed near Rua Santa Clara, sinking rapidly after the impact, according to witnesses and images that recorded the moment of the fall.
