Sir Keir Starmer’s former development minister and the head of think tank Labour Together have been named in the New Year Honours list.Anneliese Dodds has been made a dame and Jonathan Ashworth a CBE for “parliamentary and political service”, with Mr Ashworth also recognised for charity work on behalf of the children of alcoholics.
