Government has announced an increase in passport application and service fees, effective today, January 1st 2026.
In a statement from the Ministry of Homeland Security on Wednesday night, the revised fee structure for immigration services was made under the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, and it noted the change is a vital component of government’s goal to modernise the nation’s border management.
