Businesses closed and empty streets in Caracas following Maduro's capture
Caracas is experiencing its first day without Nicolas Maduro in the presidency, following his capture by US special forces. Many businesses are closed, and there are few people on the streets, all amid an atmosphere charged with uncertainty and expectation. "Well, we'll just have to wait and see. After so many similar situations in this country, or reports from other countries, you know that when things change, the least you can expect is clarity," says engineer Rufo Gonzales.
