A restaurant operator pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, on Wednesday (Jan 7) to injuring a doctor by driving into him at the third RFID lane of Perai Toll Plaza in Seberang Perai Tengah at 11.30 pm on Dec 28.
