Etsuko Sarutobi, known as E-chan, is a petite elementary school student. But she runs at incredible speeds, possesses superhuman strength, and can talk to animals. This E-chan transfers to Mitsuba Elementary School, sometimes causing trouble and sometimes solving it in this comedy series.
