West Ham’s Nuno Espirito Santo confirms Konstantinos Mavropanos injury following FA Cup win

After being stretchered off in the first half of the FA Cup game with QPR, manager Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed West Ham centre-back Konstantinos Mavropanos suffered a "nasty" neck injury and will need to "rest for a couple of days".
