Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla announced during a press briefing on Thursday, Jan. 15, in Quezon City that Russian national and controversial vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is set to be deported to Russia after he was arrested for his inappropriate actions during his visit to the Philippines.
Vitaly was arrested by local authorities last year after posting videos of himself pulling pranks on Filipinos, which included taunting security guards and making inappropriate physical contact. (via Santi San Juan | MB)
