DDS (Diehard Duterte Supporters) supporters and vloggers cry as they urge Cebuanos to join the 'Tay, Kami Naman' signature campaign calling on the Supreme Court to act on petitions related to former president Rodrigo Duterte’s detention at The Hague. The Cebu leg is part of a nationwide caravan that began Jan. 6 in Bacolod City, aimed at gathering support for cases questioning the Philippine government’s alleged cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
