US actor-singer Rex Smith returns to Cebu for Valentine concert
American actor-singer and Broadway star Rex Smith is set to return to Cebu for a special two-night Valentine concert at TOPS, marking his first performance in the city in nine years. During a virtual press conference, Smith once again expressed his fondness for Cebu, likening it to Los Angeles for its relaxed atmosphere. The show, titled 'You Take My Breath Away at TOPS,' will be held on Feb. 13 and 15, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. at the TOPS Events Space, coinciding with Valentine’s Month and the continued revival of the iconic Cebu landmark.
