Lok Sabha में उस वक्त हंगामा मच गया जब Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi ने Ex-Army Chief General MM Naravane की किताब ‘Four Stars of Destiny’ का ज़िक्र किया।Rahul Gandhi ने Ladakh stand-off और Doklam issue के संदर्भ में किताब के एक हिस्से का हवाला दिया।उन्होंने दावा किया कि यह किताब 100% authentic document है, भले ही अभी published न हुई हो।इस पर Defence Minister Rajnath Singh ने कड़ा ऐतराज़ जताया।सरकार की ओर से कहा गया कि unpublished book को संसद में quote करना नियमों के खिलाफ है।Home Minister Amit Shah और Speaker Om Birla ने भी इस मुद्दे पर हस्तक्षेप किया।BJP ने Rahul Gandhi पर national security से जुड़े मामलों में गैर-जिम्मेदाराना बयान देने का आरोप लगाया।वहीं Congress ने कहा कि सवाल देश की सुरक्षा और सच्चाई का है। पूरे घटनाक्रम ने Lok Sabha की कार्यवाही को प्रभावित किया।
