Nicolaas Ockert Bester's deteriorating health and the slow moving court system has delayed his cybercrime proceedings for three years. In that time, the 73-year-old has had at least three strokes, falls, and a brain clot. With his health unlikely to improve, it's now in question whether he will be fit to stand trial.
