A High Court judge has again raised serious concerns about police accountability after ruling in favour of a citizen who was maliciously prosecuted following a traffic stop.
Justice Frank Seepersad rejected the police version of events, found that officers acted without reasonable grounds, and urged both mandatory body cameras and the public recording of police encounters.
