Jesy Nelson confirms her split from Zion Foster following their daughter's traumatic diagnosis

Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson has confirmed she and her ex-fiancé Zion Foster have split amid their recent "traumatic experience", when their eight-month-old twin daughters Ocean and Story were diagnosed with a rare genetic condition.
