Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles took a key step in her fight to restore her 2024 Olympic bronze medal. Switzerland's Federal Supreme Court granted part of her appeal, saying video from the August 5 final could impact the disputed award. The court said the Court of Arbitration for Sport could find a verbal inquiry on Chiles' behalf was made before the one-minute deadline. Chiles' attorney, Maurice Suh, said the court "righted a wrong" and cited "conclusive" video evidence.
