KNDS announced that, on February 6, it signed a memorandum of understanding with the German company TYTAN Technologies for the integration of interception drones developed by TYTAN into combat vehicles produced by KNDS.
The signing took place in the presence of Germany’s Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Katrin Weidemann.
The cooperation stems from the successful integration of the Interceptor-S interceptor drone into the Boxer RCT30 armored personnel carrier. The fully integrated system was demonstrated at the Bundeswehr test range in Münster-Bergen in the fall of 2025, as part of the Bundeswehr Land experimental series.
