A re-elected Labor government has promised to transform the old Women's and Children's Hospital into an aged care precinct as part of a new plan to deliver more than a thousand beds for older South Australians. The state government says it's stepping in to deliver more aged care spots because the federal government has fallen short on its responsibility.
