Congress MP Shashi Tharoor criticised the government and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, alleging lack of interest in running the House during the Budget session. He said the Finance Minister’s absence signalled an expected adjournment and added that decisions on a no-confidence motion rest with the party high command.
