The giant swing style ride suddenly came to a halt and begins swaying, forcing passengers to evacuate.
Abhisek Yadav, from Faridabad, India, captured the tense moment when he tells that the pendulum-style amusement ride appeared to malfunction mid-ride.
The footage shows the colourful, train-shaped gondola stopping abruptly and rocking dangerously as screams are heard from the crowd.
Bystanders and ride operators are seen climbing onto the platform to manually stabilize the ride while passengers, including one wearing a white hoodie, quickly climb out.
However, the ride collapses to the ground with Abhisek claiming several people were injured in the incident that occurred on February 7th.
Viewers reacted with concern in the comments.
One wrote: “This is so scary please don’t let your kids ride these types of rides.”
Another added: “May God keep the families of those people safe who were at the fair.”
