Russia’s state-owned defense conglomerate Rostec has announced the delivery of a new batch of BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles to national troops, incorporating a series of technical improvements based on operational experience gained during the conflict in Ukraine.
The shipment was carried out by Rostec subsidiary High-Precision Systems Holding Company, which is responsible for the production and modernization of the platform. According to the corporation, the vehicles received upgrades primarily aimed at enhancing battlefield survivability and adapting to contemporary threats.
