Twisted (2026) is a horror-thriller film directed by Darren Lynn Bousman (of Saw fame) about millennial con artists who scam people by renting out apartments they don't own, until their scheme goes wrong with a doctor who has his own dark agenda. Released on digital VOD on February 6, 2026, it stars Lauren LaVera, Djimon Hounsou, Mia Healey, Alicia Witt, and Neal McDonough.

The plot follows the couple's scam unraveling into a nightmare when they target a neuroscientist, leading to a violent confrontation and a twisted game of control.
