Police have released the extraordinary triple-zero call made by 13 year-old Austin Appelbee who swam 4 kilometres to get help for his family, sparking a dramatic ocean rescue in WA's South West. The family was swept out to sea last month after renting paddle boards and a kayak from their resort near Busselton, about 250 kilometres south of Perth.
