A group was caught on CCTV footage stealing at a vape shop in Calatagan, Batangas, on February 8.
According to the shop's owner, Mr. Ralph Dawson Aguilar, the two women pretended to be customers to distract the seller, while the two accomplices took advantage of the situation. (via Daw Son | FB)
