उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में रविवार को लैंबोर्गिनी कार से कई लोगों टक्कर मारने वाले आरोपी शिवम मिश्रा को कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई है. दुर्घटना के चार दिन बाद गुरुवार सुबह ही शिवम मिश्रा को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया था. पुलिस ने उसे मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में पेश किया था. पुलिस ने 14 दिन की रिमांड मांगी थी लेकिन अदालत ने इसे खारिज करते हुए शिवम को जमानत दे दी. शिवम के वकील अनंत शर्मा ने बताया कि कोर्ट ने 20 हजार के बॉन्ड पर उसे जमानत दे दी है. लेकिन घटना के तीन दिन बाद गिरफ्तार होना और महज कुछ घंटों में जमानत मिलना बताता है की कोर्ट में पुलिस का पक्ष कमजोर था जिसकी वजह से उसे जमानत मिल गई...
