French Defence Minister questions whether Russia ‘really wants peace’ with Ukraine
The French Defence Minister told Euronews that, based on what she witnessed on a recent visit to Ukraine, she questioned whether Russia wants peace. She emphasised, however, the importance of continued dialogue with Moscow.
