Physique update today came in at 198.3. I’m not where I want to be yet. I’m still carrying more fat than I’d like, and even flexing my leg right now reminds me my knee still isn’t 100%. But I’m working on it.
If I’m being honest, I’d probably rate myself a 4 out of 10 right now — maybe tattoos add a point. But this is part of the process. You don’t get better by pretending you’re already there. You get better by showing up, training smart, letting your knee recover, and staying consistent.
