The American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago says while there are still many steps to be taken before gas supplies materialise from Venezuela, the official announcement that U.S. has granted general licences for certain oil and gas activities in Venezuela ....."significantly tilts the medium-term economic outlook to the upside and should boost confidence in both countries."
