Skye Roberts, the brother of the late Virginia Giuffre, reacts emotionally to the news of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor's arrest on suspicion of misconduct in a public office. Andrew's arrest is on suspicion of offences separate to his alleged links to Virginia. However, Roberts still says he feels "pride" at the "impact" his late sister had.
