On the first day of confirmation of charges against former President Rodrigo Duterte, ICC prosecutors present witness testimonies and past interviews in which Duterte mentions plans to curb crime through killings.
Prosecutors also named Duterte's alleged co-perpetrators when he allegedly committed his crimes during his term as mayor of Davao City.
