Checkout this shocking footage of a mini avalanche triggered by wildlife was captured in Spirstock, Switzerland.
Peer Schnyder from Hünenberg See, Switzerland, recorded this mind-blowing moment.
A chamois walked into the danger zone at 1,640 m above sea level and triggered an avalanche.
As can be seen in the video, the chamois was just walking by when the avalanche was suddenly triggered, and the poor animal got swept away.
After realising that it might be in danger, the animal tried to run, but by that time the avalanche stopped.
No one was hurt during the incident, including the chamois.
Peer said: “It seemed confused about what had happened, but then walked away.”
He posted the video on Instagram with the caption: “Check the region carefully before you go Snowkiting! This Avalanche got triggered by a chamois!”
One follower asked: “Did it start the avalanche? Incredible footage.”
Another hilariously commented: “That chamois needs to do any Avy course - totally irresponsible.”
