A Freedom of Information request has been filed seeking full disclosure of Cabinet-approved documents and reports relating to the Refinery Restart Committee. Attorney-at-law Randall Mitchell, acting on behalf of activist Wendell Eversley, is demanding transparency from the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries.
