A Canterbury therapy centre supporting people with multiple sclerosis, commonly referred to as MS, says it cannot survive without community fundraising.
One member told us she believed her diagnosis was a death sentence - until she found help there.
Now a local golf club has raised thousands of pounds to keep that support going.
