A South Australian Court has heard a seven year old boy was hallucinating in the hours before his death. The boy's father - Shane Wanganeen - has pleaded guilty to criminal neglect over his death with the Supreme Court today hearing submissions on what the prosecution says were 16 hours of pain and suffering.
