The Prince of Wales jokes with customers and staff as he takes order for pasties on the phone to help out the Gear Farm Pasty Company in Cornwall on its busiest day of the year. William laughs with the customer and accidentally mistakes her name for juicy rather than Josie: "Sorry Josie, I thought you said juicy, my apologies."
