In an emotional Instagram video shared Wednesday, February 25, Bosh, 41, said it was "fast" and "instant" with "no warning." He said he fell to the floor while getting ready for a date with his wife, Adrienne, and added that he is "still recovering." Bosh said he felt "darkness," then came back with no memory, adding, "I'm lucky to be alive."
