दिल्ली के Jantar Mantar पर Indian Youth Congress और कई किसान संगठनों ने India–US Trade Deal के खिलाफ बड़ा प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शन में शामिल किसानों, युवाओं और मजदूर संगठनों ने आरोप लगाया कि इस प्रस्तावित ट्रेड डील से भारतीय कृषि, छोटे उद्योग और युवाओं के रोजगार पर गंभीर असर पड़ सकता है। प्रदर्शनकारियों का कहना है कि अगर अमेरिका के उत्पादों पर 0 टैरिफ लागू किया गया, तो सस्ते विदेशी सामान भारतीय बाजार में आ जाएंगे, जिससे भारतीय किसानों और MSME सेक्टर को भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। प्रदर्शन के दौरान सरकार से इस समझौते को तुरंत वापस लेने की मांग की गई। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कहा कि इस तरह के समझौते से देश के किसानों, मजदूरों और छोटे व्यापारियों के हितों को खतरा हो सकता है।
