हा तोच ठिकाण जिथे B. R. Ambedkar यांनी समतेसाठी ऐतिहासिक सत्याग्रह केला होता.
या प्रकल्पासोबतच संपूर्ण परिसराच्या विकासासाठी मोठा आराखडा तयार करण्यात आला आहे.
समता, मानवता आणि इतिहासाची जपणूक करत भविष्यातील पिढ्यांना प्रेरणा देण्याचा सरकारचा प्रयत्न असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
